The Amazing Timex Bodylink System

As part of the Timex Bodylink System, the Timex Ironman Triathlon Bodylink Performance Monitor can be partnered up with three other devices, all which use the latest in digital technology,  to act together as one. The Timex Bodylink System can offer athletes the ability to be able to track, store and analyze their personal performance. As part of the Timex Bodylink System, the Ironman Triathlon Bodylink Performance Monitor provides the user with the ability of having real time workout data. When it is used in conjunction with the Timex Digital Heart Rate Sensor and the Timex Speed + Distance Sensor, simultaneous performance feedback is given to the user.

The Ironman Triathlon Bodylink Performance Monitor Sport Watch made by Timex is a serious watch for serious competitors.  It features a one hundred hour chronograph with lap/split either in large digits, a one hundred lap memory with recall of Bodylink System data. In addition, it has alerts for targeted heart rate zone, pace, speed and distance. It is complete with a one hundred hour, three mode countdown timer, five alarms settable for either daily, weekly, weekday or weekday with a five minute backup and an INDIGLO night light display and NIGHT-MODE feature. This watch is water resistant for up to fifty metres and a two year battery life.

The Speed + Distance Sensor, as part of the Timex Bodylink System, is able to offer the wearer the ability to work with accurate precision with a GPS tracking system. It also has a continuous odometer and can be set in either English, metric or nautical units. The Speed + Distance Sensor has a ninety nine percent distance accuracy in environments that have a clear sky view. In environments that do not have a clear view of the sky, it has a distance accuracy of better than ninety five percent. It has automatic time correction and does not need to be calibrated. Also, the sensor includes and adjustable arm strap, belt clip and batteries. The sensor is splash resistant.

The other pieces used to complete the Timex Bodylink System are the Digital Heart Rate Sensor which features a digital FM transmission,  which prevents cross talk from other monitors. It's on the chest monitor provides the wearer with continual heart rate readings during most every activity and has a comfortable elastic strap. It comes with replaceable batteries with an approximated life of two years. The sensor is water resistant for up to thirty meters, although it will not offer accurate heart rates when underwater. Lastly, is the Data Recorder which is small and clips into a pocket. It can record multiple workouts and has a two year battery life. It comes with a USB cable and Times Trainer software.
